MBS Full Item Imaging
Laser printed image statement with check images will eliminate check sorting, filing, pulling, stuffing, counting, and misfiles while reducing postage and mailing costs.

Statement reconstruction is easy and fast!

  1. Images can be shared across an internal network, be printed on any of the  system’s networked laser printers, and be faxed or e-mailed to customers.
  2. Images are accessible through the MBS core accounting GEM software.  For example, when a teller or loan officer is in the MBS DDHI Inquiry or MEMO screens, they double click on the check number to bring up a pop-up window of the check image, front and back, with an option to print.
  3. Remote data entry--scan images at one site, data entry is performed at another.
  4. Fully Integrated into MBS Proof System to minimize operator induced encoding errors, improve float management, and reduce labor and training costs.
  5. Checks and statements can be distributed to customers on a CD or DVD, sent by mail, or pushed out via Internet “E-Mail”.
  6. Multiple Image Capture options available including backroom capture, CARLAR, “read & key” capture, and remote capture.  Remote capture is accessible through a variety of capture devices which include High Speed Reader/Sorter, the new Panini My Vision X, Panini 80/120/170, Teller Scan 400, * Federal Reserve (* requires verification, x9.37 format or COF), etc.


Check Imaging
Check Imaging replaces your current Filmer, Film Reader, and Film Printer and the ongoing monthly machine maintenance of that equipment.  

  • Eliminates current film/fiche processing, printing costs, and time delays.
  • All Imaged Items (including On-Us  Checks, G/L, loan coupons, etc.) never leave the bank.

             2) Check Number
             3) Dollar Amount
             4) Date Range
             5) Transaction
             6) Code ABA Number
             7) Item Type (deposit slip, check, loan slip, G/L ticket, etc.)
             8) Cash Letter (incoming/outgoing)

  • Validates incoming cash letter items. (Counts item number and total amount.) Historically reproduce Cash Letters or any Batches by exact sequencing of items.
